| Return Policy |
All sales are final and we do not accept returns of opened items due to the
nature of the products we sell and anti-piracy concerns.
In the event that you already own the item that you’ve purchased (having
purchased it through our company), and have not yet opened it, we will exchange for a product of the same value. Normal shipping charges will apply. We ask our many valued customers to please check their dvd/cd library before ordering an item you may already own.
If you opened the product it cannot be exchanged. No refunds will be given.
If your product is defective or damaged we will exchange the product for
another of the same title only. There are no refunds. Return the entire damaged product in exchange for the same product. Shipping is not refundable.
All claims for exchanges and damages must be reported within 72 hours of
receipt of goods. Claims will not be accepted after this time.
For your protection, we strongly recommend that you return your order by
insured mail with tracking and save the receipt for your records. Riz-Biz
Productions, Inc is not responsible for lost return shipments.
We strive to present accurate information on our site, however, we reserve the right to correct pricing or item descriptions at our discretion and without notice.
